Terms and Conditions

Definitions:

• Client: Refers to the party or parties availing the interior design and renovation services from Decor Raza by signing the quotation and Terms.
• Company: Refers to Decor Raza, the provider of interior design and renovation services.
• Project: Refers to the interior design, renovation, and execution work that the Client requires from Decor Raza.
• Quotation: Refers to the itemized listing of products and services required to deliver the Project of the Client by Decor Raza.
• Designer: Refers to any person contracted by Decor Raza to provide interior design consultation and services to the Client.
• Third-party service: Refers to an external party engaged directly by the customer.

Our Service:

Decor Raza shall provide interior design services, with all charges payable for products or services availed through Decor Raza's platform, subject to a design fee and prevailing statutory taxes.

Payment Terms:

The Client agrees to pay the Project Value in the Schedule of Payment. This includes payments on signing and booking, order placement, completion of civil works, and any additional orders.

Cancellation Policy:

If the Client decides to cancel the order, the Client may forfeit the sum/payment/consideration already paid. Decor Raza reserves the right to assess cancellation requests on a per-item basis with no guarantees of cancellation.

Other Terms and Conditions:

Service and Intellectual Property Disclaimers:

• Design alteration may lead to a revision of the quotation and project timeline.
• Design outlines and Quotations are for the Client's exclusive use and should not be shared without prior written consent.

Site Evaluation:

• Site evaluation will be conducted after the Client's booking and signing with Decor Raza.
• Site evaluation requires unrestricted access to the site in good condition for accurate evaluation.

Products sourced from Brand Partners:

For products from Decor Raza's brand partners, the cost, availability, delivery, and installation are subject to the terms and conditions of the brand partner. Any returns, alterations, modifications, or warranty are subject to the brand partner's terms and conditions.

Client Responsibility:

• Quotation provided by Decor Raza is valid for a maximum of fifteen days only.
• Client is required to sign off on design before the project schedule can be finalized, and project execution can start.
• Project execution date can start 14 days after design signoff by the Client, with a total payment of 50% of Total Project Value.

Company Requirements:

• In the event of a breach of any clauses under 'Client Responsibility' or delay in payments, the Company reserves the right to stop all works.
• If the Company resumes work after such an event, a reasonable extension of time will be granted.

Other Obligations and Limitations:

• On completion, the Client will have a warranty for a maximum period of 3 month from the date of the Handover.
• The Company's liability shall not exceed the total Project Value.

Force Majeure:

Force majeure events include acts of God, war, terrorism, national emergencies, and any unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company. In case of Force Majeure, the Company will duly inform the Client of the delay arising out of Force Majeure.

Personal Information and Privacy Policy:

The client hereby authorizes Decor Raza to collect, store, retain, process, and use personal data, including contact information, provided to the Company in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The client hereby permits the Company to contact them through phone/SMS/WhatsApp/e-mail, provided all such communication shall be undertaken solely in relation to the Service and personal data shall be kept confidential.
